Where is Palm City located?+
Dananu Village, Ogbomoso LGA, Oyo State — about 3 hours from Ibadan. You're welcome to visit the estate and see progress firsthand.
Do I need any farming knowledge?+
Not at all. Palm City is a fully managed system. Our team handles planting, maintenance, harvesting, milling and sales. You own the land and receive your returns.
When do I start earning?+
Earnings begin when the plantation enters commercial production — roughly 3 years after nursery establishment. You typically start receiving income from Year 4 onward, growing each year as trees mature.
What documents do I receive?+
On deposit: Contract of Sale, Letter of Acknowledgement, Virtual Allocation Letter. At physical allocation (before planting): Deed of Assignment + Provisional Survey Plan. The estate is progressing toward a Certificate of Occupancy (C of O).
Can I sell or transfer my land?+
Yes. The land is yours. You may sell, transfer, or will it to your children at any time. Notify Palm City management so the new owner can be properly documented. Palm City maintains a Right of First Refusal on mature plantations.
What about payment plans?+
For 1 Hectare (₦9M): 12-month zero-interest with ₦1.5M deposit, or 6-month at 5% discount, or outright at 10% discount. For 1 Acre (₦3.6M): 8-month zero-interest with ₦700K deposit.
What bank account do I pay to?+
All payments must go to: Xymbolic Development Ltd · Wema Bank · Account 0127187802. Please do not pay any other account.
What if palm oil prices fall?+
Projections use a conservative 2024 base price. Additional income from palm kernel oil and by-products lifts overall returns. Palm City also diversifies through premium pricing, hedging strategies, and export allocations for foreign currency income.
